 North Star Equestrian Center is a state of the art equine facility built in 2002.

Featuring:

1. 10,000 sq. ft. enclosed riding arena with lighting, irrigation, sand and rubber footing.

2. Steel barn
   a. Twelve (12) 10 x 12 stalls with heated and metered automatic waters, swivel feeders, equitear floors.
   b. Air-conditioned break room, tack room and feed room.
   c. Wash rack with hot & cold water, lighting and lock down horse rack.
   d. Barn designed with fire safety in mind.

3. Six (6) fenced turnout paddocks with Bermuda and Fescue pastures.

4. Access to trails for beautiful mountain rides.

5. Owner and Manager lives on property.

6. Separate isolation barn.
